Frankly, I got tired of hearing "Caveat Emptor"- Let the Buyer Beware, and that's why we decided to open Buyers' Choice Realty, and now let "The Seller Beware". This office is dedicated to protecting the real estate buyer's interest; the person who's actually responsible for the transaction happening in the first place.
