information that you, the real estate buyer provides is never
disclosed. Your bargaining position is always
safeguarded.
3. IS FULL DISCLOSURE MADE TO
YOU? With Buyer's Choice Realty, you'll be confident that
all known material facts, reports and rumors relative to your real
estate transaction will be made available to you without
fail.
4. WHAT'S THE REALTOR'S OBLIGATION TO

REALTOR "OUT OF ORDER"? In other words, are they
offering advice and opinions on matters beyond their area of
expertise? We will not render technical opinions regarding surveys,
boundaries, architecture, law or taxes. For such information, we
will make reputable referrals. Sometimes, it's what the Realtor
doesn't say or do that makes the difference.
